Brandon “Biscuit” Lewis

Biscuit was rumored to have found his way to Chattanooga via the flood of 1867. Once he arrived to a city almost completely covered in water he was asked what he wanted to eat and recover… he said a graham cracker and a marshmallow… folks around were in shock… a man that just floated down the mighty Tennessee on what was left of an oxbow… didn’t want bourbon, the Dynamo of Dixie, but a cracker and marshmallow…

Many years later after his career with the Mountain City Ball Club was over he started a bakery… and said he wants to make something as big as the moon.
